Shipping

SHIPPING POLICY

Please know that we are not in the shipping business. The Buyer is responsible for shipping. We use carriers such as USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS selected by the buyer. As soon as the package leave our facility and receive a tracking scan, we rely on the carrier to deliver the package. If the carrier fails to deliver the package, which is of no fault of ours, the Buyer is responsible to file a claim. Since this happens very rarely the Buyer needs to make a decision whether or not to insure the shipment.

DOMESTIC ORDERS (within the US)

Get FREE shipping on all orders shipped to a domestic USA location, when you select USPS First Class Mail at checkout. Orders ship from Maryland. Most items ship within one business day after receipt of order.

Other shipping options for most USA destinations include USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Express and USPS Priority Mail with Insurance. Orders with expedited shipping selected received by noon will ship on the same business day.

DOMESTIC ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Please call 410-381-5500 or email us at info@novobeads.com if you wish to cancel before the order has shipped. If already shipped, you have 30 days to return the item for refund. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (outside the USA)

International orders will ship the same day if the order is placed before 3 PM EST. Shipping options are for the most part only UPS. New VAT collection requirements have eliminated standard postal shipping options.


The buyer is responsible for payment at time of delivery for any sales tax, value added tax, brokerage fee, customs duty, et cetera which may be demanded by a foreign state.
